É a preguiça…


Assim como quase tudo que precisa de disciplina, blogar é algo que você tem que praticar para não perder o hábito. E eu claramente estou nesse caminho. Não blogar dá preguiça e como a preguiça se alimenta da preguiça, entramos em um ciclo vicioso.

É a mesma coisa quando você deixa de ir a academia por uma semana. O esforço para voltar a ir é tão grande que é fácil você se tornar uma pessoa que paga a academia mas não vai.

É na verdade um dilema de tostines:

Estou com preguiça porque sou sedentário ou sou sedentário porque tenho preguiça?
